By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Services or acquire the token.

RewardsCoin ($RWD) is a cryptographic token created for entertainment and community membership purposes only. It is not an investment vehicle, security, or financial instrument. The Company makes no promises of value, profit, or passive income.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that cryptographic tokens and blockchain technology involve significant risks, including but not limited to market volatility, technical glitches, regulatory uncertainty, and total loss of value. You use the Services and hold $RWD entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (CANADIAN AND AMERICAN), THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OR THE TOKEN.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by the Provincial Courts of Ontario, Canada.

Fallback Jurisdiction: In the event a court of competent jurisdiction (excluding administrative tribunals) determines that jurisdiction regarding a specific dispute cannot be exercised by the courts of Ontario, jurisdiction shall be fixed exclusively within the Federal Courts of Ohio, in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
